For youth teams, clubs, and school activities
WaiverGenius is a photo and media consent form for youth teams. Parents open one link, sign once, and you keep a timestamped record before a photo goes on the club site or a social feed.
This page is the photo and media consent example for youth teams. Liability waiver templates — field trip, youth activity, and adult activity — are included when you create a form. Each one is labeled for an attorney to review. See the full set.

The gap before a post
The release is a sheet in a binder, a photo in someone's camera roll, or a line in a spreadsheet that never got updated. A parent said no last season. Two families never turned the form in. Game day comes, and the person posting the team photo is guessing.
The club has one link. Each agreement is stored with the parent's name, the children it covers, and the time it was signed. Before you post, you open the list. If a family is not on it, you do not have their consent in WaiverGenius.
How it works
01
Name the team. You get a signing link, and you can edit the consent statement so it matches how you actually use photos.
02
Send it, or paste the embed snippet on the team website you already run. Parents do not create an account.
03
Open the dashboard, see who signed and when, and download a CSV. Anyone missing from the list is simply not on file.
A team name is enough to start. The page is free during beta, per organization. Schools, studios, and events use the same form — that overview is here.
